Loved it but now a Problem!!!

I have loved refills for years. Absolutely loved it. But this new upgrade brought a small disaster. My entire calendar has disappeared. All of it. I wrote a note last week and got a rather snippy reply about not reading the instructions correctly. Not helpful. Please help me.

This is two days later and somehow magically all of my calendar material has reappeared. Obviously youre doing it right – – still. Thank you so very very much.
